1. Collection, storage, of personal data, as well as the nature and purposes of their use

a) Consultation of Weylchem's website called Lamotte-Industrial-Park

When you visit our website www.lamotte-Industrial-park.com or (the “Site”), your browser automatically sends information to our Site’s server. This information is temporarily stored in a file called a log file. The following information will be collected without your intervention and kept until it is automatically deleted:

  • The IP address of the computer making the request,
  • The date and time of access,
  • The name and URL of the recovered file,
  • The website from which the access is made (URL of origin),
  • The type of browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer, as well as the name of your access provider.

This information or personal data is processed by WeylChem for the following purposes:

  • To contact the persons in charge of the Lamotte industrial platform (for example, in view of a project to set up on an industrial site),
  • Apply for access to the Lamotte site (visitors, external contributors, etc.)
  • Allow a candidate to send documents for recruitment purposes

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is point f), sentence 1, paragraph 1 of Article 6 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the so-called General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”).

The legitimate interest derives from the purposes inherent to the collection of the data listed above. Under no circumstances will WeylChem use the data collected for the purpose of drawing any conclusions about you.

b) Use of our contact and access request forms

On this Site, you can provide information and personal data by filling in our contact and access request forms. If you use these forms, we will retrieve and save the data you have entered and sent in the input mask (e.g. surname, first name, e-mail address). The processing of data for the purpose of establishing contact with WeylChem, or a request for access, is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 (a) sentence 1 paragraph 1 of the GDR on the basis of your voluntary consent.

We use this data exclusively to process and respond to your request.

2. Communication of data

There will be no transfer of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.

WeylChem will only share your personal data with third parties if :

  • you have given your express consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the DPMR,
  • communication in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) sentence 1 of the PDSR is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a right in legal proceedings and there is no reason to presume that you have a legitimate and fundamental interest in the non-disclosure of your personal data,
  • the communication is made pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the PGRD to fulfil a legal obligation,
  • such sharing is legally permitted and under Article 6(b), sentence 1, paragraph 1 of the PGRD because it is necessary for the performance of a contractual relationship with you.

If WeylChem subcontracts the processing of data to third parties on the basis of a contract known as a “contract for the processing of data by sub-contracting”, the transfer of data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 28 of the DPMR.

3. Cookies

WeylChem uses cookies on its website.

A cookie is a small file created and stored automatically by your browser on your computer hardware (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our site.

Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer equipment. Cookies do not contain viruses, Trojan horses or other malicious software.

  • in accordance with article 16 of the RGPD, to require the immediate rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you or the completion of such personal data stored by us,
  • in accordance with Article 17 of the RGPD, to require the deletion of your personal data stored at WeylChem, unless the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, to comply with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims,
  • in accordance with Article 18 of the GDR, to request the restriction of the processing of personal data where the accuracy of such data is contested by you or where their processing is unlawful and provided that you object to their deletion, while WeylChem no longer needs such data, but you will need them in connection with the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or in the event of an objection to their processing in accordance with Article 21 of the GDR,
  • in accordance with Article 20 of the RGPD, to receive your personal data communicated to WeylChem in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or to request that such data be transmitted to another controller,
  • in accordance with Article 7(3) of the GDR, to withdraw your consent at any time, even after you have already given it to WeylChem. As a result, WeylChem will not be able to continue processing your data in the future, and
    in accordance with Article 77 of the PGRD, lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a general rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your place of habitual residence, your place of work or the head office of our company.

5. Opposition rights

If your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) sentence 1 of Article 6 of the DPMR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Article 21 of the DPMR, provided that there are reasons relating to your particular situation or that the objection relates to direct marketing actions. In the latter case, you have a general right of opposition which WeylChem must respect without specifying any reason relating to your particular situation.

6. Data security

WeylChem uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption protocol commonly used for site visits, along with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. Generally, this is 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, WeylChem uses 128-bit v3 technology instead. Single page encryption is indicated by the closed position of the key or lock icon in the bottom status bar of your browser.

In this regard, WeylChem uses appropriate technical and organisational security measures to ensure the protection of your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or total loss or destruction, or against unauthorised access by third parties. The security measures implemented by WeylChem are subject to continuous improvement in line with technological developments.
